Insulation Materials
Crisp cheese, fluffy dough, crunchy crust. The secret is high, sustained, and consistent heat. Insulation is critical. That's why we use 0.6” thick fire bricks inside the oven, enabling the oven to pre-heat to 800°F in under 10 minutes. 

Versatility
A large interior cooking zone at 25.1" x 29.5", the oven can hold up to three 7" pizzas, or get crazy with a large 24". But don't stop with just pizza. You can fulfill all your wood fired dreams - casseroles, vegetables, baked bread, and even roast meats!

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, please email contact@cenozoicsupply.com with your order information to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unfortunately, we cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for non-defective remorse returns.
