Returns and Refunds Policy

Did you order something and discover that it's not going to work out? Maybe it arrived damaged? Things happen. We get it and we are here to help with your return.

We source our products from many vendors to provide a variety of collections and a diversity of price points. As such, we abide by the return policies of our vendors. As policy, all our vendors accept returns within a minimum of 7 days after an item is received. Return windows are product specific and shown on individual product pages. Items which are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

Change of Heart

Not the right fit? No problem. If your order is within the return window, send it back and we will issue a refund. Here's how:

  1. Initiate your return through the online form here. We will verify that the product(s) are eligible for return and email you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If your items can be returned via ground shipping, you will receive a UPS shipping label. If your items require freight truck shipping, arrangements will be made through additional communication. 
  2. If you receive a UPS shipping label, drop your packaged product(s) at your local UPS store. If freight shipping is required, standby for follow-up communication.
  3. Once your items are received and your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For returns to be accepted, it is important that the following criteria is met:

  1. The return window is defined as the time period from the delivery date to the return shipping date (the day the item is shipped back). If an RMA is issued and an item is not shipped within the return window, the item may be subject to additional return fees, restocking fees, or be deemed ineligible for return. 
  2. All items must be returned in new (unused) condition. 
  3. All items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent.
  4. Refunds for returned items which are altered, cut, damaged, laundered, assembled, or have tags removed may be denied upon receipt. 

Potential Return Fees:

  1. Change of heart returns are subject the shipping fees at the customers expense. The shipping return fee will be deducted from the total refund. Return shipping fees are assessed when RMAs are issued. The shipping return fee will be deducted from the total refund. 
  2. Returned items may be subjected to restocking fees up to 30% of the purchase price. Restocking fees will be determined when RMAs are issued.
  3. If an item is returned past the stated return window and the return is accepted, the item may be subject to additional return fees. 

Damage or Defect Claims

All damage or defect claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery. To report a damage or defect in your received items, initiate a claim here.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Orders cancelled after 12 hours of placement may be cancelled if the item has not shipped. Orders which are cancelled after packaging are subject to restocking fees up to 30% of the purchase price. 

Warranty Claims

Many products carry a warranty provided by the manufacturers. Individual product pages will typically state if a warranty is provided and provide a link to the warranty details. Warranty claims can be initiated here. Once a warranty claim is submitted it will be reviewed by the manufacturer. If it is determined that the claim is covered under the warranty terms, information and instructions for returning and replacing the item will be provided by email.

Refunds

Refunds will be determined based on the purchase price and applicable taxes, less any return fees. Return fees may include shipping, restocking, or additional fees assessed for returns accepted beyond the stated return period.
