Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, please email contact@cenozoicsupply.com with your order information to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns and refunds due to errors or defects are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are covered for defective items only.
